These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the website e-whiz.fr and its associated services (contact form, appointment scheduling, access to the monitoring platform where applicable). Use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Definitions

"User" means any person browsing the Site. "Customer" means any individual or legal entity that has entered into a business relationship with E-Whiz. "Platform" means the tool for visualizing and controlling geolocation data provided as part of an E-Whiz engagement.

3. Services offered

E-Whiz offers: (i) a needs-analysis and technology-consulting phase, with no commitment at the initial-discussion stage; (ii) the design and deployment of indoor and outdoor geolocation solutions; (iii) a platform for monitoring and visualizing the data collected. The contractual details of each service are set out in a specific quote or contract, separate from these Terms of Use.

4. Use of the contact form

By filling out the contact form, the User agrees to provide accurate information. Submitting the form does not constitute an order or a contractual commitment by either party: it is simply a request to start a conversation.

5. Platform accounts

Where a Customer has access to the Platform, they are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from their account is presumed to have been carried out by them, unless proof of unauthorized access is provided and reported to E-Whiz.

6. Personal data & GDPR

Data submitted via the Site (name, email, message, industry) is collected to allow E-Whiz to respond to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual legitimate interest or consent, depending on context. This data is retained for as long as necessary to process the request, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal obligations.

The Site's contact form relies on a third-party email-sending provider; your data therefore technically passes through this provider for the sole purpose of delivering your message.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, as well as the right to object. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

7. Cookies

The Site may use technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation. No audience-measurement or advertising cookie is placed without prior consent, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
