Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to any consulting, design, hardware-supply, or platform-access service provided by E-Whiz to its Customers, whether professional or private individuals. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. Quotes & orders
Each project is the subject of a custom quote drawn up after the discussion and scoping phase described on our site. The quote specifies the technical scope (technologies selected, number of tags/anchors/collars, platform access), indicative timelines, and price. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote or the Customer's written agreement, where applicable accompanied by a deposit whose amount is specified in the quote.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are expressed in euros, excluding tax unless otherwise stated, and may vary depending on the volume of hardware, the area to be covered, and the level of software integration requested. Payment terms (schedule, accepted payment methods) are specified on each quote or invoice. Any late payment may result in penalties in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Deployment & delivery
Deployment timelines (hardware installation, platform configuration, commissioning) are given as an indication and confirmed in the quote. E-Whiz undertakes to inform the Customer of any schedule adjustment related to technical or logistical constraints.
5. Warranties
The hardware supplied (tags, collars, anchors, gateways) benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by law. Announced performance figures (accuracy, range, battery life) are given for normal conditions of use and may vary depending on the actual deployment environment.
6. Right of withdrawal
For private-individual Customers, the right of withdrawal applies under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code, except where the service has been fully performed with the Customer's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period. For business Customers, this right does not automatically apply and will, where applicable, be specified contractually.
7. Termination
In the case of a subscription to the monitoring platform, the terms of termination (notice period, data reversibility) are specified in the specific contract binding E-Whiz to the Customer.
8. Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will, failing an amicable agreement, be submitted to the competent courts.
